4. How long we keep it
Account, KYC and financial records are retained for 5 years after account closure to satisfy AML rules. Marketing data is held until you opt out. Behavioural logs are kept for 24 months.
5. Sharing
We share data with: KYC verification vendors, payment processors and banking partners, game studios for transactional integrity, our cloud hosting (EU-based), and regulators on request. We do not sell personal data.
